
Customer Experience Advisor

As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic customer service. Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position is essential, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications. Additionally, the ability to plan, prioritize, and problem-solve will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels.

- Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures.
- Ensure the branch remains clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
