We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and promotions to maximise sales opportunities.
- Greet and serve customers, working on SOP systems, and collaborate with teams to deliver a customer-first culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for delivering fantastic customer service
- Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
- Interest in customer-centric industries
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
- Ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve
- Result-driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
