Job Overview

We seek a seasoned risk professional to support our global Business Operational Risk Management team in Sydney.

This role offers the chance to contribute to a newly established team, working closely with stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage operational risks.

Your responsibilities include promoting a strong risk culture, providing expert guidance, and driving regular training and communications to empower the business to navigate operational risks with confidence.

You will play a vital role in strengthening our risk management framework by supporting the Central Operations Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and performing control assurance testing.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide operational risk guidance, liaise with the Risk Management Group, and investigate risk incidents.
