Job Title: Operational Risk Senior Analyst/Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operational Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Operational Risk Management group, you will play a critical role in supporting the continued improvement in operational risk awareness and culture across our end-to-end value chain.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and strengthening controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement solutions for areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all divisions in their contribution to the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting process, from initial trade execution to report submission.">
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
• Conduct control assurance activities and investigate incidents thoroughly.">
• Work closely with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement solutions for areas of improvement.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

3+ years' experience in either Operational Risk, Assurance, Regulatory Engagement or Regulatory Reporting.

The ability to think laterally, grasp abstract concepts and complex situations combined with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with and challenge colleagues across a range of seniority.

A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.

Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders and the ability to effectively communicate with and influence others.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CAIA, CFA or CFP would be an advantage.

Relevant training or certifications in areas such as risk management, compliance, or audit would be beneficial.
