Admin Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Admin Assistant to join our team in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry on logistics software, communicating with customers regarding orders, delivery, and promotional opportunities, managing driver delivery schedules, liaising with warehouse and transport teams for efficient order management, communicating with field staff regarding priority needs, managing complaints and credits, participating in recalls, and assisting with ad-hoc special projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in person
  • Accurately and efficiently enter data onto logistics software
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, delivery, and promotional opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate driver delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to manage order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Communicate with field staff regarding priority needs and provide support as required
  • Manage and respond to customer complaints and credits in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in recall activities as required
  • Assist with ad-hoc special projects as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
