Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused banking professional to join our team as a Banking Consultant. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing seamless branch experiences for customers by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer service.

As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.
  • Teamwork: Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach.
  • Engagement: Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Programs and Initiatives: Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.

  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
  • Technology: Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Collaboration: Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Compliance: Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
