Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced operations manager to lead our team in executing all shipping and distribution of parts throughout the country.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining inventory levels to meet customer requirements.

  • Develop and implement performance measurements to evaluate operations efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee the coordination of shipments and deliveries.
Requirements
  • At least 4-5 years job-related experience.
  • At least 1 year team lead or supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 years previous leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume, multi-shift, order fulfillment distribution center.
