We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operation of an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service in Sydney. As Childcare Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs and activities for children.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement fun and educational programs that cater to diverse child needs
- Foster strong relationships with local schools and partners to ensure seamless cooperation
- Lead a team to provide high-quality care and education to children, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs
Requirements:
- Dedication to promoting child well-being and development
- Proven experience in a similar role or supporting teams in childcare settings
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
