
Aged Care Training Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated trainer and assessor to join our team, responsible for delivering training and conducting assessments to students from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will possess industry experience in aged care, NDIS, childcare or community sectors, and hold vocational competencies to the level being delivered and assessed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective training programs
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
- Providing guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience
- Collaborating with other trainers and assessors to ensure consistency in training delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and training outcomes
The successful applicant will also hold relevant certifications such as the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support, CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support, and CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management).
