Workplace Training and Assessment Specialist

The Workplace Trainer plays a pivotal role in ensuring staff are adequately prepared, skilled, and motivated. This position requires a professional with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment and a Certificate III in Aged Care Work (or equivalent), to lead comprehensive inductions for new employees, conduct mandatory competency management to meet industry standards, and maintain accurate training records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough and engaging orientations for new employees.
  • Maintain staff proficiency by providing essential training to meet industry standards.
  • Ensure complete and precise documentation for all training activities.
  • Contribute to a safe workplace environment through active participation in safety activities and WHS compliance.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
  • Certificate III in Aged Care Work (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in aged care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with RTO assessment validation is highly desirable
