Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per annumJob Description:Senior Branch Manager Role

The Senior Branch Manager is a pivotal leadership position within the Community Bank BDCU team, responsible for building a strong, inclusive, dynamic, and productive local Community Bank business. This role involves delivering tailored financial solutions for customers and growing the business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an effective strategic plan for your area across multiple customer channels
  • Manage branch costs and income to achieve operating profit growth by interpreting financial reports
  • Collaborate with branch leaders to establish a sales operating rhythm and achieve set targets
  • Lead and grow the residential and personal lending portfolio
  • Establish and nurture business networks to build the profile of Community Bank BDCU in the local community
  • Listen to and learn from customer feedback to improve customer connections
  • Embed operational and risk management practices through regular communication
  • Represent the best interests of Community Bank BDCU to the BDCU Group Executive and Board
About You
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven banking and leadership experience to develop a strategic plan for the market
  • Experience in setting strategic business direction and delivering on growth plans
  • Experienced lender with a delegated lending authority and ability to mentor the lending team
  • Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework
  • Proven sales and lending leadership through implementing strategy to drive business
  • Strong relationship management skills to network and engage with the community and partners
  • Strong people leadership skills to develop, coach, and manage staff performance
  • Effective communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations
  • Ability to analyse and understand financial reports and statements
  • Influential presentation and public speaking skills
