Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of annual plans, rolling forecasts, and rebate strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
  • Provide timely commercial insights, including sales performance tracking against targets, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks.
  • Review and analyze month-end profit and loss statements with regional and country managers to support P&L development for new product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate promotional effectiveness, manage accruals, and provide financial input into campaign planning.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify root causes of performance gaps and contribute to consolidated financial presentations.
  • Participate in management meetings to offer strategic financial insights across brands, business lines, and geographies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • CPA/CA qualification is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Tablo, and Excel are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter is crucial.
  • Exceptional business partnering skills are required.
  • FMCG industry experience is highly desirable.
