
Strategic Commercial Advisor

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual plans, rolling forecasts, and rebate strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
- Provide timely commercial insights, including sales performance tracking against targets, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks.
- Review and analyze month-end profit and loss statements with regional and country managers to support P&L development for new product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate promotional effectiveness, manage accruals, and provide financial input into campaign planning.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify root causes of performance gaps and contribute to consolidated financial presentations.
- Participate in management meetings to offer strategic financial insights across brands, business lines, and geographies.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA/CA qualification is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Tablo, and Excel are essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter is crucial.
- Exceptional business partnering skills are required.
- FMCG industry experience is highly desirable.
