About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting McKay House in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to advocate for clients' quality of life
  • Practice holistic care using critical decision-making skills
Requirements
  • Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care
  • Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
  • Adaptability, empathy, resourcefulness, and excellent time management skills
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice
