About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Evolve Talent, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within our medium-sized care service.

Working collaboratively with your leadership team and other clinical team members, you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care and lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met and maintained, and support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.

Main Duties:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Review, update, and accurate completion of resident documentation
  • Ensure a safe home environment for all residents
  • Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments and documentation
  • Mentor, train, and lead care team members

Requirements:

  • AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience
  • Understanding of aged care standards and quality indicators
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system
  • Up-to-date Flu and Covid vaccinations
