Night Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of After Hours Coordinator.
- This position involves overseeing operations during critical evening and weekend periods, ensuring client safety, wellbeing, and continuity of care across crisis and supported accommodation services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Homelessness and residential setting, along with a valid Driver's Licence and Working With Children's Check (Employee).
- You will be responsible for leading and supporting after-hours and caretaker staff, including rostering and supervising support workers.
- Respond to emergencies such as incidents, de-escalations, and first aid situations.
- Write clear handover notes and report incidents or changes in risk.
- Help with training, onboarding, and performance reviews of team members.
- Identify and report building safety or maintenance issues and follow up with contractors.
