Job Title: Community Support Worker - Adelaide Hills

SA Health is seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team in the Adelaide Hills region. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, household tasks, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including showering, bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support clients to participate in community activities, such as shopping, transport, and social events
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to SA Health policies and procedures
