Child Protection Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Social Workers, Case Managers, Senior Social Workers, and Senior Case Managers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in responding to the needs of children and their families by undertaking high-quality case management in accordance with statutory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with families and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective case plans that promote the safe return of children to their care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide support to families to address their needs and improve their capacity to care for their children.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key professionals and families to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Apply culturally sensitive child protection practice to ensure that the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families are met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the best interests of children.
