  • Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.

About You:

  • An up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating skills and expertise.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • A strong motivation to advance your career, driven by enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivation, energy, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
