- Your Role: As a Food and Beverage Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This includes assisting with restaurant service periods, engaging with guests throughout their meal, maintaining outlet cleanliness, and ensuring all checklists are completed daily. ">
- Responsibilities: ">
- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations. ">
- Tend bar during the bar service period, restock supplies, and maintain a clean environment. ">
- Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, such as replenishing buffet items and attending to special banquet events. ">
- Fulfill special banquet event arrangements requested by guests and attend to in-house events. ">
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings. ">
- Requirements: ">
- An up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. ">
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. ">
- Working rights in Australia. ">
- A strong desire to escalate your career and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. ">
