About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail.

Job Summary:

  • Supervise the operational service period, ensuring that all guests receive a memorable experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the highest standards of service excellence and quality.
  • Assist with bar operational tasks and supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational duties.
  • Build relationships with existing and new guests, showcasing our legendary service and driving future bookings.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, including inventory management and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
