The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading teams and driving commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement;
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the organization;
- Partner with operational teams to manage performance against targets and drive commercial outcomes;
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports and analyses;
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also have a proven track record of driving business improvement and delivering commercial outcomes.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
- CA/CPA certification or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis;
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving commercial outcomes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
