Strategic Financial Leader

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance leader to join our team as we continue to grow and evolve in the healthcare industry.

This role is a high-impact position that serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial stewardship, delivering commercial insights, and enabling strategic decision-making across both business-as-usual operations and change initiatives within the Technology function.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, influence key decisions, and drive modern ways of working. In addition, you will lead a small team, fostering a high-performance culture and elevating Finance's strategic contribution across the Technology portfolio.

You will contribute by:

• Providing expert financial guidance to senior leadership, shaping strategic and financial decisions
• Collaborating with Technology leaders to develop financial plans, guide prioritization, challenge assumptions, and ensure investments deliver long-term value
• Leading end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes, and delivering clear reporting and analysis
• Driving financial transparency and accountability across business-as-usual and change initiatives
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to embed commercial thinking and support cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities and collaborating with Procurement to improve commercial outcomes
• Leading and developing a small, high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Requirements

We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader with a strong enterprise mindset and a continuous improvement approach. You should have proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or Technology Finance within large organisations. You should be CA or CPA qualified and degree-qualified in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Key Qualifications

You should have a deep understanding of financial planning, management reporting, and core accounting principles. Your strong commercial acumen enables you to identify cost efficiencies, shape investments, and drive long-term value creation. Strong leadership capability is essential, along with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
