We're seeking a commercially savvy leader to join our organization and provide strategic financial guidance across Technology.

This role oversees reporting, forecasting, and governance of technology spend, while shaping business cases, vendor negotiations, and resourcing decisions.

As a trusted partner to the Technology Leadership Team, you'll ensure financial outcomes align with business priorities and support key technology investments.

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for Technology, ensuring alignment with business strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports, budgets, and forecasts with clear articulation of risks, opportunities, and drivers.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner, delivering financial insights, influencing decisions, and supporting delivery of commercial targets.
  • Deep dive on financial and operations analysis to uncover business performance drivers, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate business initiatives through business cases, white papers, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Support long-term planning and strategic goal setting, including governance tracking of key business KPIs and financial objectives.
  • Lead and develop high-performing team members, support development, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

To succeed, you'll have:

  • 10+ years' experience in Commercial Finance Management or Finance Business Partnering with Technology.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or CFA).
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering insights contributing to business success.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability balancing strong commercial acumen and understanding of value drivers within a business with financial governance and pragmatism.
