Our mission is to provide exceptional support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the needs of our participants are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support participants with daily living activities
  • Ensure attendance at activities, appointments, and events
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Maintain thorough handovers
  • Keep systems up to date
  • Report all incidents
  • Liaise with Client Services Manager
  • Provide wellbeing and emotional support
Requirements:
  • Hold a First Aid Certification
  • Obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Have a NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
  • Possess a National Police Certificate (preferred)
  • Hold a Driver Licence (preferred)
