About the Position- Deliver personalized support services to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes, focusing on personal care, medication management, household maintenance, meal preparation, transportation, and social interaction.
We seek a compassionate and motivated professional who can provide high-quality direct care services under the Consumer Directed Care model. If you possess a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities and Skills- Exercise autonomy and initiative in daily tasks, respecting consumer choices and goals while actively managing their care and service needs.
- Develop strong relationships with consumers, providing emotional support and promoting independence.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders, upholding confidentiality and adhering to relevant regulations.
