Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests over the phone and in person.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Assist guests with park information, resolve complaints and maintain confidentiality.
  • Meet or exceed call/service quality targets and maintain strong knowledge of processes and procedures.
  • Complete all administrative tasks as required, including paperwork and record-keeping processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current ticketing options and distribute promotional materials as needed.
  • Ensure all offices and workstations remain clean and organized.
  • Assist other areas within the Guest Experience department as well as the park when needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Customer service skills and effective communication skills with competency in conflict resolution.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and interact in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with an ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Experience:

  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Utilizing equipment such as a computer and two-way radio.
  • Answering and managing incoming calls and handling guest complaints.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  • Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct policy and represent the company well internally and externally.
  • Be able to work in all weather conditions, including sun and rain, hot and cold climates, indoor and outdoor work.
