Key Responsibilities- Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users via various communication channels, including email, phone, and incident management tools.
- Assist with prioritizing, scheduling, and escalating incidents to appropriate channels, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google EUC-related technologies to build and support a complex and distributed EUC environment, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal system performance.
- Develop and maintain desktop standard operating environments, including software and application change and release management, to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Document and educate end-users on technical procedures and best practices, aiming to resolve incidents at first contact and reduce recurring calls.
- Monitor the performance of EUC devices and provide recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of SOE and hardware, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- Perform occasional out-of-office hours maintenance visits to assess technical issues or implement new solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in site visits to other Pepperstone office locations to assist with EUC support, ensuring seamless support and assistance to our global team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications or experience in Windows desktop environments, including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune) and operating system deployment.
- Certifications or experience in Google desktop environments, including Google Workspace and Chrome OS.
- Experience in a EUC administration and support role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services.
- Demonstrated experience in the administration of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune) and operating system deployment.
- Experience with troubleshooting knowledge of Mac operating system and basic knowledge of Linux operating system.
- Basic knowledge of networking and Azure Active Directory.
