Job Overview

This position is responsible for preparing customer proposals and tender documents, as well as fulfilling orders from start to finish. The candidate will be managing customers and coordinating with colleagues throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Administration Operations:
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure completion of requirements and activities
  • Participate in a culture of accountability within the organization
  • Adhere to organizational governance and compliance processes
  • Lead teams in the workplace
  • Review resource allocation for business activities
  • Optimize resource utilization
  • Coordinate operational policies and standards
  • Execute risk mitigation plans
  • Develop resource plans for business activities
  • Develop incident or crisis management plans to mitigate gaps
  • Business Process/Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze risks associated with process changes
  • Engage senior management for buy-in on implementation solutions
  • Execute business process improvement solutions
  • Adhere to corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations
  • Implement environmental protection policies and procedures
  • Coordinate products through their lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to business requirements during project lifecycles
  • Develop measures to enhance quality standards using quality management knowledge
  • Safety and Health:
  • Manage WSH activities to ensure departmental compliance
  • Perform safety and health risk assessments
  • Coordinate corrective actions for non-conformance to WSH standards
  • Address WSH risks from assessment reports
  • Manage WSH solutioning discussions to improve existing processes
  • Review areas for technology enhancement in logistics operations
  • Integrate technology solutions and automations to replace inefficient processes
  • Leverage data analytics for insights on technology usage
  • Sales and Customer Service:
  • Manage key accounts through close stakeholder contact
  • Communicate with key account managers for new business opportunities and relationship growth
  • Plan logistics product and service delivery to meet customer requirements
  • Deploy logistics services meeting customer needs
  • Monitor lapses in logistics service delivery
  • Resolve escalated customer relationship management conflicts
  • Transportation Operations:
  • Review integrated logistics solutions and business management principles for improved transport planning
  • Warehousing, Cargo, and Material Handling:
  • Manage resources to meet cargo-handling schedules
  • Manage cargo documentation according to industry standards
  • Develop operational improvements based on performance measures
  • Develop methods for managing time and temperature-sensitive cargo
  • Manage time and temperature-sensitive cargo operations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent certifications

1-3 years of relevant working experience
