Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Consultant to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for leading client engagements and delivering high-quality consulting services.


About the Role:


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple customer engagements. You will lead client workshops, drive process definition and re-engineering, and ensure technology design is aligned with business requirements.


Responsibilities and Accountabilities:



  • Lead client engagements and deliver high-quality consulting services
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Produce high-quality documentation and manage the scope and commercials of customer contracts
  • Engage in presales activities and identify opportunities to adopt Enable services
  • Manage complex client engagements and ensure quality assurance across configuration, processes, and documentation

Requirements and Experience:



  • Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Experience across ITSM/ITOM
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex client engagements
  • High customer satisfaction scores and recognition for individual contribution to customer outcomes
  • Ability to deliver presentations confidently to a wide range of audiences
  • Strong ability to architect complex and innovative solutions that deliver value to clients

Salary and Benefits:


We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including best-in-class reward and recognition programs, flexible work arrangements, and volunteering leave.
