Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to support our Defence Logistics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, confirming receipt and shipping documentation, and resolving discrepancies.

About You
  • You have previous experience in ADF/FMS/Aviation warehousing, with a satisfactory level of physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
  • You hold a current Drivers Licence and Forklift Operators license.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate open and effective communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments for identification and damage.
  • Confirm completeness and accuracy of receipt/shipping documentation.
  • Identify and resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies.
  • Support engagement with warehouse customers.
  • Ensure accuracy and management of electronic warehouse databases.
  • Carry out purchasing activities with directed suppliers.
