Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Achieve Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of supplies and stock to our clients' customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role with a dynamic organization. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to receiving deliveries and interpreting consignment notes.

You will also investigate stock received and interpret invoices/delivery dockets, utilizing warehouse and basic computer programs to perform goods-receipt transactions.

In addition, you will add notes/information to purchase orders regarding action taken, pack orders as per goods-receipt slip, and transfer stock to relevant consolidation points.

You will complete replenishment requirements for inventory and escalate issues relating to deliveries to the Supply Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unloading/receiving deliveries and interpreting/authorising consignment notes
  • Investigating stock received and interpreting invoices/delivery dockets
  • Utilising warehouse and basic computer programs (outlook) to perform goods-receipt transactions
  • Adding notes/information to purchase orders regarding action taken
  • Packing orders as per goods-receipt slip, utilising label printing software and transferring stock to relevant consolidation point
  • Completing replenishment requirements for inventory
  • Escalating issues relating to deliveries to Supply Supervisor
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current Police Check (desirable)
