As a seasoned leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformation within our organisation. We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead change and communication strategies across Customer Service.

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled individual to lead the development and delivery of strategic change and communication practices. As Manager Change & Communications, you'll enable successful project execution, uplift change maturity, and protect customer experience and business outcomes.

  • Design and deliver robust change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes.
  • Lead the development of Customer Service's change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity.
  • Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our Customer Service North Star.
  • Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams.
  • Own and optimise Customer Service's SharePoint and manage critical incident communications.
  • Embed a customer obsessed, high performance culture across the team, supporting talent, development and succession planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years), with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments.
  • Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint).
