Job Title: Transformation Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Lead to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies. This will involve anticipating stakeholders' expectations and concerns, and delivering targeted initiatives to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute end-to-end transformation programs, from initial assessment to planning, implementation, and embedding long-term results.
  • Design, develop, and deploy communications and training tied to the transformation process.
  • Develop and roll out coaching programs to support senior leaders and their teams navigating organizational change.
  • Nurture high-quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and influence transformation.
  • Influence and demonstrate best practices through personal delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of transformation principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Able to reconcile conflicting information and confirm reliable sources.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Transformation or related fields highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering complex transformation programs, including those facing significant resistance.
  • Experience in risk identification and mitigation within a transformation context, including human behaviors, non-compliance, financial implications.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, liaison, facilitation, and representation.
  • Experience in providing high-quality advice and coaching to senior management on transformation and associated risks.
