**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Transformational Change Lead to join our team and drive the implementation of change programs and projects.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for applying sound project management principles and best practices to manage change initiatives and ensure successful delivery.

  • Provide expert advice on end-to-end change strategy, impact, readiness, training needs and communication/engagement plans.
  • Maintain an understanding of our organization, challenges and objectives to ensure effective integration of CX projects into business operations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  3. Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization to promote change awareness and adoption.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven experience in providing specialist change advice and presenting recommendations to inform decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
