Job Title: Transformation Expert

The strategic support unit provides executive and operational assistance to the CEO and leadership team to ensure the delivery of key priorities and governance.

As a Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for implementing multifaceted change initiatives to support organisational goals and communicate critical messages related to projects and service delivery.

  • Design and develop comprehensive change and communications strategies to align with organisational objectives and communicate essential project information to stakeholders.
  • Assist in implementing change and communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder analysis, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed required business changes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to ensure their needs are incorporated into change, communication, and engagement strategies and plans.
  • Evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of change and communications tactics and strategies to inform future planning and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of change and communications initiatives within the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Provide advice on strategies to enhance change and communications practices and promote best practice.
Requirements:
  • Experience in change and communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder analysis, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed required business changes.
  • Able to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • A positive attitude and ability to deliver on complex objectives in a dynamic environment.
