Senior Change Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Implementation Specialist to lead our billing system modernisation project. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new billing solution across all service lines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support the billing system modernisation project.
  • IDentify and engage stakeholders across departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead communication efforts to build awareness and support for the billing system modernization among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams to facilitate their roles in driving change and promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability.
  • MOnitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Organisational Development or Change Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, particularly related to business transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or similar.
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations and process re-engineering.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive results-oriented approach.
