We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outdoor Space Designer and Maintainer to design and maintain outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and install landscapes, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
  • Maintain landscapes, including pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
  • Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and train a team of gardeners to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance
  • Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
