Outdoor Space Designer

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Outdoor Space Designer.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement visually appealing outdoor spaces that meet client expectations
- Maintain existing landscapes through pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment such as mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
- Supervise and train a team of gardeners to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations
- Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
