Job Description

We are seeking a strategic change management professional to provide expert guidance on communications and organisational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, including stakeholder engagement and change management planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive organisational change and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to enhance stakeholder understanding and support for organisational transformations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster cooperation and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for change management activities.
  • Provide training and coaching to colleagues on change management best practices.

This role reports directly to the Change and Communication Manager and is responsible for supporting the development of organisational change strategies.
