About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver for Seniors to join our team at Aged Care Resumes. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centered care, addressing the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Support residents with challenging needs, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and our team members.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a care role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
