Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied clinical caseload, assessing residents and creating personalized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Develop and implement effective physiotherapy programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to care plans, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to changing needs.
- Facilitate group interventions and one-to-one sessions, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration or Limited registration.
- Valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compliant approach to company policies and legislation.
