Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a brokerage or fintech setting, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To understand derivatives financial markets, our offerings, and competitor's offerings to sell FX services.
- To analyze foreign exchange trading processing methods and lifecycle of clients.
- To assess client suitability for our services based on investment processes.
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of foreign exchange products and services by engaging with institutions and partners.
- To manage sales cycles from initiation to compliance.
- To establish rapport and trust with clients through technical solution presentation.
- To seek out new sources of leads and referrals.
- To provide ongoing support to clients, including technical assistance and operational support.
- To communicate product offerings and resolve issues to achieve client satisfaction.
- To monitor and achieve KPIs.
- To assist with creating and implementing new forex sales procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; or at least 1 year of experience in a financial services or sales role.
- Passion for financial markets with foundational understanding of CFDs and margin trading.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Team-oriented with multicultural team experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Understanding of compliance and onboarding processes.
- Able to build long-term client relationships.
