We are seeking a Lawyer/Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing Corporate Transactions team for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role involves managing and supervising a range of corporate M&A and commercial contracting matters, including due diligence, local counsel outreach, contract review, and helping develop innovative M&A solutions for valued clients.

Strong communication and people skills are essential as you will manage junior lawyers and build commercial relationships with practice groups, consulting divisions and clients locally and globally.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' legal experience in corporate M&A transactions within a respected firm, government or in-house role, along with experience with contracts across commercial activities such as sales, procurement, franchising, distribution, reseller, joint ventures, IT, and exposure to real estate and banking transactions.
