We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our corporate/commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling multi-million-pound transactions, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, and corporate refinancing. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality results and making a significant impact on the business.

The Role:

You will work closely with a widely respected Senior Equity Partner, contribute to a high-achieving team, and mentor junior colleagues. Your technical knowledge in corporate/commercial law will be essential in driving business growth and success.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need approximately 9 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) managing complex, high-value transactions. You should have strong technical knowledge in corporate/commercial law and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is able to think strategically, work collaboratively, and deliver results under pressure.
