Corporate Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to manage and supervise corporate M&A and commercial contracting matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with contracts across various activities, including sales, procurement, franchising, distribution, reseller, joint ventures, and IT.
The role involves developing innovative solutions for clients, building relationships with practice groups, consulting divisions, and clients globally, and managing junior lawyers and legal analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise corporate M&A and commercial contracting matters.
- Develop innovative solutions for valued clients.
- Build commercial relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee junior lawyers and legal analysts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' legal experience in corporate M&A transactions.
- Experience with contracts across various activities.
- A desire to be part of a growing team that seeks to change how advice is provided.
- Well-developed legal skills, including drafting, negotiating, analysis, and project management.
- Ability to communicate complex matters clearly in plain English (verbal and written).
- Interest in utilising legal technology and openness to technological change.
