Pastry Cook Role

Key responsibilities include planning and preparing menu items, operating and maintaining pastry equipment, decorating products, and monitoring taste and presentation.

Skills & Experience Required
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar commercial baking environment.
  • Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent formal qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation techniques.
  • Competence in food handling, storage, and kitchen safety procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative presentation skills.
