  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pastry production teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

  • Implement efficient kitchen practices and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a pastry production kitchen environment or similar role. Previous experience with viennoiserie is beneficial but not essential.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. They must be passionate about delivering high-quality products and committed to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

  • Desirable Qualities:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a pastry production kitchen environment or similar role

  • Previous experience with viennoiserie (up to 1 year) beneficial

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality products
