This role oversees the development and implementation of training programs, events, outreach activities, and initiatives to increase partners and participants nationally and internationally.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and advancing the reach and impact of STEM education programs, fostering connections and partnerships with external stakeholders and industry partners, and overseeing the progression of pathways between levels. You will also assess, adapt, and implement changes from LEGO and USA headquarters into the Australian market to enable a coherent and sustainable progression of pathways for participants.

About You

You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, able to thrive in high-pressure environments and maintain a keen eye for detail while meeting deadlines. Your communication prowess, both written and verbal, will be exemplary, reflecting your collaborative nature as a team player. Additionally, your strong problem-solving abilities will equip you to handle multiple tasks effectively, making you an invaluable asset to our team.
