The company's comprehensive array of road trip possibilities includes short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

The Role

As an Indie Campers Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing costs per night sold, and managing the cost of sales as a percentage of revenue. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and collaborating with various teams to achieve regional growth targets.

You will join our APAC regional team, reporting directly to the Revenue Manager, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with regional goals. Your contributions will significantly impact the expansion of our market presence and profitability in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and reduce costs per night sold while maintaining high service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, costs per night sold, and cost of sales as a percentage of revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional team and HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a growth/marketing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
  • You are motivated by taking ownership of your tasks and driving continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
