Employer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an Employer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local and national employers, understanding their workforce needs and creating customized job opportunities for individuals with diverse backgrounds.
This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic business development with real social impact, helping employers build diverse teams while creating meaningful opportunities for people living with mental health conditions, disability, and injury.
About the RoleAs an Employer Engagement Specialist, you will be the key connector between employers and participants, focusing on building strong business relationships and ensuring sustainable employment outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with local and national employers, understanding their workforce needs and creating customised, inclusive job opportunities.
- Exceeding targets, driving high performance and contributing to the growth and success of our services.
- Advocating for inclusive employment practices and supporting employers to implement effective workplace adjustments.
- Collaborating with Employment Consultants, Allied Health Clinicians, and Rehabilitation Consultants to align job opportunities with participant aspirations.
- Promoting the benefits of hiring people with disability, helping businesses realize the value of a diverse workforce.
- Driving business development and market growth for our services.
